Instructional Designers

Number of Openings – 10

Location - Chennai

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Skills: Strong Instructional Design skills, knowledge of Courseware Development Life Cycle (CDLC), Strong communication and written English skills, Strong analysis and visualization skills, Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet). The person needs to have excellent attitude towards work, should be capable of coming up with innovative ideas in developing content.

Job Profile - The person will be typically involved in analyzing requirements, creating design documents, developing instructional strategies and content. The person will also be expected to coordinate with graphic designers and developers to construct the courses.

Educational Background - Should have scored first class in any graduation. Graduation in B.A English, Mass Communication, Journalism will be an advantage.

Graphic Designers

Number of Openings – 15

Location - Chennai

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Skills: Strong Graphic Design and visualization skills, Strong skills in Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools, knowledge of Courseware Development Life Cycle (CDLC), Good communication skills

Job Profile - The person will be typically involved in analyzing requirements, creating user interfaces, graphic elements, 2D animations, and character animations based on storyboards. The person will also be expected to coordinate with instructional designers to visualize graphics.

Educational Background - Should have scored first class in any graduation. Graduation in B.F.A VisComm will be an advantage.

Programmers

Number of Openings –5

Location - Chennai

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Skills: Strong Analytical skills, Strong skills in Programming Logic. Ability to create High-level and Low-level Design, Strong skills in Macromedia Flash, Object-oriented Programming using Flash Action Script, _JavaScript, XML, knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Good communication skills, Knowledge of J2EE, LMS, AICC, SCORM is a an advantage

Job Profile - The person will be typically involved in analyzing requirements, creating prototypes, Code designs, templates, frameworks. The person will also be expected to review work of peers.

Educational Background - Should have scored first class in any graduation. Graduation in B.E, BCA will be an advantage.
