1. THE JOB AND COMPENSATIAON:
Job Title:
Technical Support Executives
Engineers/ Graduates / post Graduates/ Three Diploma Holders with knowledge in Hardware Fundamentals, Operating systems and Networking; an aptitude for trouble shooting of Desktops / Palmtops / Laptops.

Payscale-1,40,000 to 1,70,000

Skill sets: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and willingness to relocate to Chennai and work in night shifts are essential pre-requisite for the job.

2. ELIGIBILTY:
Graduate in any Engineering discipline / MCA / MBA of 2008 batch.

3. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1. Initial screening
2. Panel interview (communication and technical)
3.Online test (Analytical test, Technical test and Listening test)
4. HR Round.
